Ekainberri is located in Zestoa (Gipuzkoa), 4 kilometres from exit 48 of the AP-8 highway, just half an hour from Donostia-San Sebastián, 50 minutes from Bilbao and 60 minutes from Vitoria-Gasteiz and Biarritz, by car.

- Step 1: Buy your tickets
Buy your tickets at www.ekainberri.eus. On the day of the visit you can go straight to Ekainberri on a pleasant 20-minute walk from the car park. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Ticket Sales Office of Ekainberri (Portale kalea 1, 20740 Zestoa) no later than half an hour before the time of the visit. The walk from the car park to the office takes five minutes.
- Step 2: A 20-minute walk on foot.
The visit begins in Zestoa with a pleasant 20-minute walk to Ekainberri. Enjoy the journey to the spectacular natural environment inhabited by those humans who painted Ekain horses 14,000 years ago.
- Step 3: The Ekainberri staff will validate your ticket five minutes before your visit.
- Step 4: Enjoy your Ekainberri experience.
Warning for when booking your tickets: In case you wish to combine an Ekainberri experience with the Lili Palace, please make sure you take into consideration the duration of each experience and the time you need to move from one spot to another so that the schedules are compatible and do not collide. Children must always go with an adult.
